Are you suggesting that the accused were in the type of employment where they might be expected to be in possession of handcuffs as a matter of day to day business?
And what is the difference then, between this case and the last one with the "baton" incident....? (Those people didnt have name suppression)
Maybe I will stroll down to the courthouse and have a look.
 

It's elementary my dear Watson. Police and sex workers (bondage for pommy pols and cricket umpires) use handcuffs. Therefore clearly this lass was a sex worker or is this just another 'provocative' incident in the life of a tame commissioner?

Fit, athletic men who were working in Mount Maunganui over Chrismas, two of whom were public servants and who had handcuffs.
